On the plot there are the following buildings:

1. Three-storey old building

It was built before the year 1831

It is covered with a wooden roof, tiled with byzantine type tiles while on the second floor level, in the inner courtyard, there is a roof that is covered by a glass pane.

The mezzanines are made of wooden beams and are covered by wooden boards.

The ground floor of the building functions as a commercial store, while the upper floors have a residential use.

It is a historic building which is decorated according to the traditional standards, especially the wooden roof (ceiling) of the second floor and is characterized by the strictly simple local architectural style.

It has a special morphological, architectural and historical interest and is a typical example of our traditional architecture.

2. After the issuance of no. 202/1994 and no. 359/1998 building permits, ground floor and two-storey buildings were constructed attached to the

listed three-storey building described above, the use of which are shops and offices.

Their load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete and their dividing elements are brick masonry.

In the front of the plot there are four shops, while in the inner space (inner courtyard of the plot) there is an uncovered area which is surrounded by the complex of new buildings. Also, the staircase leading to the first floor is situated there.

In the old listed building there is the possibility of change of use e.g. in a hotel or a food and beverage establishment.
